1. Are electronic tickets applicable to all destinations?
Yes, electronic tickets are applicable to all destinations and are used by all airlines associated with Vacances Tours Mont-Royal.
2. How soon before my departure can I obtain my electronic ticket?
Your Tickets will be available as soon as your reservation is paid in full.
3. What happens if I am part of a group of 10 passengers or more?
For the moment, all passengers travelling with a group of 10 or more on the same reservation will continue to receive paper tickets by mail, through their travel agency, at no additional cost.
4. I would like to continue receiving paper tickets. Will there be any extra charge?
Yes. A $25 CAD fee is applicable for paper ticket requests. If you have booked through a travel agency, you must request that they contact our Ticketing department. If you have booked online, please contact us directly at 514-871-3000.
5. Should I bring a copy of my electronic ticket with me at the airport?
Yes. For confirmation purposes, you must have a paper copy of your electronic ticket on hand at the airport counter. If you are travelling with several passengers on the same reservation, each traveller must have their own copy of the electronic ticket. Make sure you keep all your e-documents, as you will need them for your hotel, car, etc...
6. What if I have forgotten my travel documents at the departure airport or have lost them?
Internet access is available in most countries. By accessing our website, you can reprint your electronic ticket. Otherwise, you must contact our local destination representative to request a new copy of your electronic ticket. A $25 CAD fee is applicable.
7. Are check-in procedures at the airport different than when traveling with a paper ticket?
No. You must still present yourself at the airline counter of the carrier indicated on your flight itinerary.
8. How will I receive my tourist card (visa)?
Tourist cards will be handed on board all flights with the exception of Cubana airline.
Please Note: Passengers travelling with Cubana must obtain their tourist card at the Vacances TMR counter. Passengers who do not have a tourist card upon arrival, will be prompted to pay a second time and no refund will be issued.
9. I have purchased an insurance policy with the Blue Cross. How will I obtain my documents?
